Scales of Justice scored his fifth win at just his tenth start today over a mile at Ascot with a hard fought victory.  Jockey Paul Harvey allowed the big bay to stride to the front and despite racing quite keenly, Harvey steered him off the rail entering the straight and was able to fight off his rivals for the win.  The four year old gelding by Not A Single Doubt took his earnings past $220,000 with a record of 10:5-5-1 and will now tackle Stakes races during the Perth Carnival trainer Lindsey Smith said.  Scales of Justice was purchased by Boomer at the 2014 Inglis Melbourne Yearling Sale for $180,000 for successful clients Chris Wells and Bill Andrews.
